1. Why purchase a soy wax candle?
Soy candles are all-natural and eco-friendly. They do not emit a dark soot (caused by petroleum-based wax). They burn longer than other wax candles.

4. What is candle tunneling?
Candle tunneling occurs when a candle burns right down the middle, leaving excess hardened wax around the circumference of the candle vessel. This results in significant wasted wax. It may be caused from a candle not being permitted to burn for 2-3 hours during its initial burn, or if the candle is improperly wicked (wick is too small).

5. Why choose a wax melt over a candle?
Wax melts are a great choice for anyone who does not want the open flame of a candle. These are a great option for mature adults, college students, or pet parents who desire a flameless burn.

6. Is it important to trim my candle wick?
Yes! It is important to trim your candle wick to about 1/4 inch before you burn it every time.

7. What is your return policy?
You can return any unused candle, wax melts, or jewelry item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

8. What is your shipping policy?
We ship most products within 5 business days. If there is a delay in shipping, the customer will be notified.
